Nope. While the My Energy Hub app is coming soon, you can always access the portal on your computer or tablet by clicking the login button at the top of the site (or, logging in through your propane provider).
It’s easy to get started with My Energy Hub. If you’re a new customer, all you’ll need is your account number, which can be found on one of your statements, and your billing ZIP code. If you’re an existing customer, just log in using your previous username and password.
